The nitty gritty (text)

Why do I have to work
          so damn hard?

     You are your enemy.
     Believe you can.
     Let's begin.
     To move, to walk.
     Stepping out.
     Not shuffling.
     It's not just walking.
     Remember when.
     The dance.

The nitty gritty audio files

These files follow a logical sequence in the order they are listed, and will open in Windows Media Player or "RealPlayer".  If you don't have that program go to RealPlayer and download the program.
RealPlayer Basic is free.
However, before you download RealPlayer you may want to click on a file and see if your computer's media program will open it.

The conditions I speak of within these recordings are those commonly encountered by people with Spinocerebellar Atrophy, and that is the group for whom these recordings were made.  However, the basic information provided is pertinent to many other conditions and should not be disregarded by anyone with a different diagnosis.

The information and techniques I describe in these recordings is something we all do, at least the "normal" people do, everyday of our lives.  It's not rocket science.  I haven't re-invented the wheel.  I've merely compiled some information and am conveying it to you in a manner which hopefully will provide some of you with a renewed outlook on your life.

These files are the files on my instructional CD's which I have been selling.  So why put them on the internet for free and lose money?  Well, sometimes it just isn't about the money!  There are too many people out there who need some help, need some support, and can't afford to get it because their medical condition has stripped them of their livelihood.  So this is my way of helping and giving back.
My rewards will come to me in another way I'm sure.

For those of you who can afford it, won't you please help me in my efforts and contribute whatever donation you want to offer.  I've added a PayPal button below for that purpose.  Thank you.

Careful gang...I get long winded on some of them.
